UDL Strategies in High School English Language Arts FILLING

In this hands on interactive session, participants will be invited to consider the use of manipulatives and games in the high school ELA classroom. This session explores how cards serve as manipulatives to support Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Participants will experience hands-on strategies for using Canva to create cards to scaffold analysis, model writing structures, and foster discussion, making English class more accessible and dynamic for all students. Walk away with ready-to-use ideas adaptable to any text, grade level, or learning goal.
